Create a property portal, across all digital platforms – web, tablet interface and mobile application, that connects the user directly to the members of MCHI (1000+ real estate developers, across Mumbai & outside)
SOLUTION
Based on a detailed analysis of the user base, a user-friendly portal that allows the user to search for properties based on location, size, price & developer was created. Other features of the portal include the ability to browse and compare properties, favourite listing for later reference and also gives the option of instantly contacting sellers, right from the portal itself – setting this portal apart from its competitors. The portal was created & launched successfully across all digital media – web, interface and mobile application.
Further, a virtual tour of the MCHI Expo 2013 was created (across digital platforms) to virtually guide visitors of the exhibition, who could input their search criteria, narrow down a list of stalls that would cater to their needs and easily navigate their way to these specific stalls. The additional benefit of this virtual guide was that it served as a virtual exhibition for users who were unable to visit the expo.
