SOLUTION
The challenge was to give the user the same premium brand experience along with the best of the experiences in online shopping. An easy to browse catalogue based format was created. The home page was informative as well as promotion driven. The sorting of data was done by using tagging. Different patterns of search were identified and tags were used for products accordingly. User database to identify with purchase behavior was built in, based on user login. The website was also based on mobile first design, integrated with the social media platforms the brand was present on, to create the necessary buzz for effective marketing. Inventory Management was tied up with the company’s existing system.
